Terms of Use

Last updated: June 10, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of vitutor, provided by Orame ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms.

The Service

vitutor lets you browse a catalogue of lessons, watch course videos, save and subscribe to content, and ask questions to an AI tutor. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time — see Account Deletion.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the app or its content except as permitted by law.

Content

Lessons and videos in the catalogue belong to their respective creators and are licensed to us for distribution in the app. Downloading a lesson for offline viewing does not transfer any ownership to you.

AI-Generated Responses

The AI tutor generates responses automatically. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated — it is provided for learning assistance only and is not professional advice. Always verify important information independently.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Purchases and Subscriptions

If paid features or subscriptions are offered, pricing and billing terms are shown at the point of purchase and processed by the app store you bought them through (Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orame will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. limitations of liability) will survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
