You can permanently delete your vitutor account and all data associated with it at any time.
Delete Your Account in the App
- Open vitutor and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately: you are signed out everywhere and your account can no longer be used.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account (email, display name, avatar)
- Watch history, likes, saved lessons, and subscriptions
- AI tutor chat history
- Offline downloads tied to your account
Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. We may retain minimal records where required by law (e.g. payment records kept by the app stores).
Request Deletion by Email
If you can no longer access the app, email finn.guo@icloud.com from the address associated with your account with the subject "Delete my vitutor account". We will verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.
